This notice explains the current contact form and website features at misswonder.org. Miss Wonder is operated by Hummingbird Art & Culture Foundation Ltd. For questions about your information, email info@misswonder.org.

When you write to us
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, area of interest, message and consent to be contacted. You may also provide your city or country, organisation, links and answers relevant to your chosen inquiry. Please send only what is needed to explain your request.
The form sends these details by email to the Miss Wonder team for review and response. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list, submit a formal nomination or give permission to publish your story or photograph. Publication would need a separate conversation and permission.

Where the information goes
Our website hosting and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver your message. The current form emails inquiries rather than creating a public submission or a searchable profile. Copies of a message can remain in the receiving mailbox and its backups.
The form uses a short-lived, one-way email-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions. This is separate from the message itself and is not displayed publicly.

What not to send
Please do not send identity documents, financial details, medical records, passwords or sensitive information about another person. The form does not accept file uploads. Do not submit a child’s personal story or identifying details through this general inquiry form.

Cookies and technical information
WordPress uses cookies for authorised staff sign-in and administration. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Browser controls let you manage cookies; disabling them can prevent staff sign-in.
Links to Facebook, the foundation and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice covers Miss Wonder’s current site and inquiry form, not those external services.

Questions, corrections and removal requests
To ask about information you have sent, request a correction or ask for removal, write to info@misswonder.org. Please identify the inquiry without sending additional sensitive documents. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your own information.
A single fixed deletion period is not currently specified for mailbox correspondence or service-provider backups. You can ask the team about the handling of your particular inquiry. This notice does not promise immediate deletion from backups.

Changes to the site
If new features change how information is collected or used, this notice should be updated before those features collect that information.
